19 years of commercial plumbing experience, Shaun ("Woody") started as a pipe fitter. Shortly after starting his career, he went to plumbing school to expand his knowledge. Since earning his Journeyman card, he's spent 8 years as a Job Foreman, and the past 2 years have been as Project Manager. He started as our fulltime Estimator in 2021

He's stayed in plumbing since the start, earning his Journeyman upon completion of trade school. For PHE, he spent ten years as a Job Foreman. He was promoted to Project Manager in 2021, continuing his career growth.

14 years in the administration of work contracts. This is his third company providing these services, and here, he puts his stamp on his work. He oversees billings, change orders, RFI's, proof of insurance and all other admin functions of our contracts.

Qualifications

  • Utah Plumbing License or Enrolled in Continuing Education to Obtain.
  • Maintain necessary licenses and certifications.
  • Commercial/Residential new construction, remodel and/or service experience preferred.
  • Valid Driver License with good driving record.
  • Ability to successfully work independently and in a team setting.
  • Ability to communicate professionally with customers.
  • Dress presentably with company supplied shirts and more.

Job Description

  • Typically our Plumbers work on all phases of our projects, from underground to finish. We typically work four ten hour days and strive to avoid overtime. Typical work weeks will either be Monday through Thursday, or Tuesday through Friday

  • Work independently and/or with a team completing installation of plumbing and mechanical piping and other related duties as assigned. The ability to get along with others, developing a real sense of teamwork and work relationships is important to our values. You should be strongly oriented around the concept of teamwork and loyalty.
  • Follow instructions and communicate effectively with superiors and customers. Fully understanding that PHE, and you, are most successful when we work with a mind on making sure that our customer gets what they pay for, the company makes a little money, and you have the best quality of life in the industry.
